Universal Data Export

Universal Export Data creates an export file from Meals Plus data.

  • Select a Group from the dropdown list of the following options:
    • Student
    • Recipe
    • Ingredient
  • Select all fields to include in the export by checking the associated box(es).
  • Select an Import Type for your Import file.
    • Select One Time Use to import without saving the configuration.
    • Select Save New Configuration to create and save the Import.
      • A Name will need to be entered in the Name of configuration to be saved field.
    • Select Use Previous Configuration to use a previously saved configuration.

      • Select a saved configuration from the Select a Saved Configuration dropdown list.
  • Select which Students to include in the export.
    • Active
    • Both
    • Inactive
  • Select which Site(s) to include in the export by checking the associated box(es)
  • Click the Export button when ready to complete export.
